Refund policy
For all orders at Amorumshop, we provide complimentary delivery. Products are typically delivered within 7–12 days. Please note that delivery times may be affected by weather or other factors.
Please note that all items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once sold. This means that, unless the item you received has obvious defects or damage, we will not be able to offer a return or refund for issues such as style, color, or size not meeting your expectations.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or store credit to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.
Returns (30-day return policy)
If you are not completely satisfied with the product you purchased (such as style, color, or size not meeting your expectations), we will not be able to offer a return or refund. Unless the product you received has obvious defects or damage, Please return it to us within 30 days from the date of shipment.
Please note that all products must meet the return conditions. Please make sure that the returned products meet the following conditions:
・Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
・In original packaging with all tags attached
・Provide proof of purchase
If the returned product is not in its original condition, no return or refund will be granted. After receiving the return, if the product does not comply with the return policy, amorumshop.com reserves the right to refuse the refund.
Amorumshop is not responsible for returns that are not received.
Please note that we only accept returns for products purchased on amorumshop.com.
Exchange
If you are dissatisfied with the color or size of the product, and the product is still in stock, you can choose to exchange it. If the product shows as out of stock, we will work with you to find the best solution.
In this case, exchanges do not require a restocking fee, but you will still need to pay the return shipping fee. After you hand the package to the courier, we will send out the new product. If you need the product urgently, you can reorder the new product, and we will ship it immediately. After receiving your return, we will refund the amount to your original payment method.
Refunds
All approved refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days after receiving the return. When estimating the completion time of your return, please consider that your credit card issuer may need additional time to process the refund before crediting it to your account. All refunds will be made to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please note: All approved refunds will incur applicable processing fees, which are charged by the credit card payment provider, and you will be responsible for these fees.
・For orders successfully placed but not shipped, a 15% fee of the total order amount will be deducted.
・For orders that have been shipped, a 30% fee of the total order amount will be deducted.
Promo Codes
Did you use a promo code to place your order? If you return the entire order, you will receive the actual amount charged to your credit card, excluding any promotional value. For partial returns, the discount amount will be allocated among the ordered products and refunded accordingly.
Final Sale
All items marked as “Final Sale” are only eligible for exchange. Thank you for your understanding! If you need a different size or color, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but you will be responsible for return shipping.
How to Return
We are unable to offer returns or refunds unless there is an obvious defect or damage. Returns or refunds are not available if the style, color or size is not what you expected.
Your item must be eligible for return in order to be returned. You must return this item within 30 days of purchase.

All emails will be replied to within 24 hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Pacific Standard Time, excluding holidays and weekends.
